Who we are

The AI Strategy Assessment is operated by TheITRevolution Ltd, trading as RichardHam.co.uk, a company registered in England and Wales. Company registration number: 16893727. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. You can contact us via richardham.co.uk/contact.

Agreeing to these terms

By ticking the acceptance box and starting the assessment, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where you act for one, the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the assessment. The service is intended for business users.

The service

The assessment is a free, automated questionnaire that produces a preliminary report about your organisation’s AI readiness, generated from the answers you provide. We may offer follow-up consultancy, but nothing in the assessment or report commits either of us to that.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer honestly and only with information you are entitled to share. Do not enter passwords, personal data about other people, customer-identifiable information, special-category data, or confidential source material — free-text fields are for general business context only.
  • Use the service only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload it, submit automated traffic, or misuse report links that were not issued to you.
  • Provide an email address you control. Your report is delivered as a private link; keep that link confidential and share it only with people who should see the report.

The report is not advice

Scores, opportunities and roadmaps are generated automatically from a structured self-assessment. They are a preliminary indication only — not legal, security, financial, data-protection or other professional advice — and must be validated by an appropriately qualified person before you rely on them for any decision. We make no promise that any identified opportunity, benefit or saving will be achieved.

Intellectual property

You may use your report within your organisation for your own business purposes. The assessment itself — its questions, scoring methodology, software and site content — belongs to us or our licensors, and these terms do not transfer any rights in it to you.

Availability and changes

The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw it, or update these terms, at any time. The terms in force when you take an assessment are the ones that apply to that assessment; if we change the terms, you will be asked to accept the new version before starting another.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and reflecting that the service is free and its output is expressly preliminary: we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of the assessment or reliance on its report; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to £100.

Your data

How we handle the information you provide is described in the privacy notice. These terms and that notice are separate documents: the notice explains our data-protection obligations, which apply regardless of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute connected with them or the service.
